1. Introduction
Welcome to StopSocial, operated by Giandomenico Maggio, operating as Chronomint Dev, a company located in Italy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StopSocial application ("App") and any related services provided by Chornomint Dev.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian consent.
3. Account registration & security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Chronomint Dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Privacy & data protection
Your privacy is important to us. Chronomint Dev processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679) and Italian data protection laws.
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
5. Subscriptions, payments & refunds
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay the stated fees via the App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment method.
Allow recurring payments unless canceled.
Acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable and that we do not offer refunds for any used or unused portions of the subscription period.
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least one 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your access to premium features will be revoked.
Cancellations must be made through the App Store or Google Play Store settings, as we do not process cancellations manually.
7. User conduct & prohibited activities
You agree not to:
Violate Croatian laws or international regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App.
Post, share, or upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
Chronomint Dev reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, content, and intellectual property within the App belong to Giandomenico Maggio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission from Giandomenico Maggio.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, Chronomint Dev is not responsible for:
Service disruptions beyond our control.
Loss of data due to app failures.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Verona, Italy.
11. Changes to terms
Chronomint Dev may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App, and your continued use after modifications signifies acceptance.
